How does your sizing work? At Goodwill, we receive donations that people originally purchased from stores across the globe. Because sizing can differ from store to store, we have grouped our sizing to help guide customers to sizing that might be right for them. Click to view our full size guide

How does pick-up work?
When you receive your notification that your order is ready, come to our 570 Mulock Drive location in Newmarket within 5 days with your order # and ID. When you arrive, please come inside to pick up your order.

What happens if I miss the 5 day pick up window?
If you are unable to pick up your items within the 5 day window, please call or email to let us know when you expect to be able to pick up your items. If we do not hear from you, your items may be re-listed and your money will be refunded.

What is your return policy for items purchased online?
Like our in-store policy, all items are intended to be final sale. We ask that you read the item description for sizing/details, view pictures closely, and – if picking up your purchase - look over items closely upon pick up. If you're purchasing clothing, and don't have the chance to try your item(s) on in our change rooms, please know that our Management team is only authorized to issue to return/exchange for online orders within 14 days of purchase.

Are your products/merchandise from any other Goodwill locations?
At this time, the products/merchandise that are listed on this site are only available for purchase and pick up at our Goodwill Boutique Store (570 Mulock Drive in Newmarket, Ontario) location. You can shop online at other Goodwill locations; however, you must pick up your purchases from the location you bought them at.

Will you ship or deliver items?
Sorry, at this time, we're only offering in store pick-up. Simply purchase the item(s) on our website and you'll receive an order confirmation right away.  We'll then pull your order and notify you as soon as it's ready to be picked up.

Do you authenticate your items?
Unfortunately, at this time, we typically are not able to authenticate items.  If you have specific questions about an item, or request additional pictures, please contact us.
